Personalized Coaching Plans
Clients will work directly with professional cycling coach Troy Delfs and receive an individualized training plan to help them optimize their preparation for their upcoming cycling events or races. All programs will be geared to the specific needs, goals and abilities of each cyclist and will be built around the athlete’s time constraints.
Your coach will ensure that you find the training to be a rewarding and enjoyable experience. Training is not always fun (and can be painful), but it should always be rewarding.
Momentum Cycling offers two options for Training Plans;
The All Inclusive Training Plan
The Basic Training Plan
No Initial Start Up Fee
No Long Term Commitment Required
